Garick Executive Receives Project Evergreen Board Position

(CLEVELAND, OH) Garick is proud to announce that William Nicholson, its Vice President of Marketing, was elected to the Project Evergreen Board. Project Evergreen is a national non-profit organization headquartered in New Prague, MN, and its mission is to raise awareness on the importance of green space. Nicholson accepted his position on the Board in November.
Nicholson joined the Garick team in March 2005 and leads a team of Marketing professionals in all aspects of marketing design. His day-to-day activities include packaging, advertising, and product design, video choreography, and supporting both internal and external customers. Nicholson’s overall goal as Vice President of Marketing is to build Garick’s brand awareness and support Garick’s mission of “enhancing people’s lives and the environment®”.
Of his appointment, Nicholson said, “I am proud to be associated with an organization that raises the awareness of the environmental, economic, and lifestyle benefits of landscapes in the urban communities, corporate lawns, municipalities, and community play areas. By communicating with contractors and homeowners, Project Evergreen, Garick, and I plan to get the word out of all the great benefits to our environment in having Green Spaces. Garick has been a long time supporter of the organization and I am thrilled that I am able to support this cause.”
