GARICK RESPONDS TO CONTINUED GROWTH BY OPENING PERRYVILLE WOOD TERMINAL

CLEVELAND , Ohio – December 4, 2003 – Garick Corporation announces the opening of its newest full-service terminal in Parsons, Tennessee . The Perryville Wood Terminal was created to meet the increased demand for our wood fiber and mulch products.

Located on the Tennessee River , this terminal is not only a processing and handling facility designed for barge loading, but is also set-up for outbound truck shipments. Garick procures many of its products within the forest and timber industries and is always interested in new suppliers. The Perryville Wood Terminal is a year-round buyer of bark, virgin scrap wood, wood fiber, wood chips, and other organics.

Garick was founded in 1980, and is a leading distributor of natural resource products in the United States and Canada , servicing the landscape, recreation, lawn, garden, turf and construction industries.
